SIMPSON have recently completed an extension to the existing facilities at Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

The 22-week project entailed a single storey extension to create better facilities for the park members. The works included a steel frame structure, timber cladding, an insulted roof and fit out of the internal areas including a new kitchen. The newly created space includes a relaxing area for static caravan owners encompassing an exclusive coffee lounge, bar, play area and entertainment stage which were designed to keep with the ‘seaside-view’ aesthetic.

SIMPSON were also tasked with landscaping the adjoining ground to create a terrace area emphasising the areas natural beauty ensuring the sea views enjoyed from the rest of the park were incorporated in to the new development.

The project also included multiple bespoke joinery elements, all of which were provided by SIMPSON Joiners’ Shop. These elements included, a reception desk, 2 bars and bar back fittings, fixed seating, built in whale-shaped shelving and decorative feature screens including oar silhouettes and rope detailing.
