Project Info

SIMPSON have developed a relationship since 2006 with this major high street retailer, forging ahead with their new concepts and approach to their work, continuing to be  a refreshing change in the industry.

Since 2006 SIMPSON have undertaken new build and refurbishment projects, fully supporting Marks & Spencer’s commitment to Plan A, Sustainability and FSC.

Over the last two years SIMPSON have also carried out various “initiatives” programmes, comprising of smaller projects, typically with values between £10,000 to £2.5 million.  These projects have been undertaken throughout the UK and in fully operating stores.  Main works have been progressed on a night shift basis so that they do not have an effect on the stores day to day trading.  These works have successfully helped to influence the stores interiors and assissted M&S in their successful progression.

SIMPSON are about to commence on site (May 2017), the new store fit out for M&S in Port Glasgow.
