Kirby Misperton Waste Transfer Station

Project Info

SIMPSON completed the construction of a 1,920m² new Waste Transfer Station for North Yorkshire County Council.  We worked closely with NYCC for over a year to value engineer and help redefine the design to fit to the Council’s budget.

The new transfer station has been constructed on a green field site behind the current Kirby Misperton Industrial estate. The scheme was completed over a 46 week period and the value was £3.9M.
