SIMPSON recently completed the fit-out of the new Gard Hotel at Heathrow for Vastint Hospitality, located in the previously vacant space underneath their Moxy Hotel. The project consisted of a full 5,600 sq. ft fit-out, lasting 10 weeks in duration, with a project value of £684,000.

We undertook a white box fit-out which included the cut out of all floors to allow for new under floor drainage and new floor finishes, full Mechanical & Electrical installation, full decoration throughout, new external signage and branding, new toilet and sanitary facilities and a new kitchen area. The project also included 300 sq. metres of ceramic tiling throughout.
